1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 8c77 platform in any way, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform. Continued use of 8c77 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
These Terms apply to all users of 8c77, including visitors who access the platform without registering and all registered account holders. They apply to all services on the platform — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and customer support interactions.
2. Eligibility
To register and use 8c77, you must meet all of the following criteria. 8c77 may require documentary proof of eligibility at any point during your account lifecycle.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee or director of 8c77 or its affiliated entities.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
- You must not be a self-excluded player on 8c77, nor have had a previous 8c77 account closed for breach of these Terms.
Important: 8c77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited pending verification. If you are under 21, do not register.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8c77. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. 8c77 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any stage. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in your account being restricted or closed.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password.
- You must notify 8c77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your account.
- 8c77 reserves the right to close dormant accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months, following prior written notice to the registered contact.
8c77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was facilitated by your own failure to maintain the security of your credentials or device.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 8c77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals. 8c77 may update minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
- The minimum deposit is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Funds are credited to your 8c77 wallet upon confirmed receipt of the transfer.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet method used for the most recent deposit. 8c77 does not process withdrawals to third-party wallets or accounts not belonging to the registered account holder.
- 8c77 may request identity and source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or when KYC has not yet been completed.
- Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next available business day.
- 8c77 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside 8c77's control and remain your own responsibility.
Funds deposited into an 8c77 account are held exclusively for gaming activity on the platform. 8c77 does not pay interest on account balances, and deposited funds may not be transferred between 8c77 accounts.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
8c77 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and the general rules in this section. Bonuses are discretionary and 8c77 may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
- One bonus per promotion, per registered account. Creating multiple accounts or providing false information to claim a bonus more than once will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money bets are placed first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
- 8c77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that the promotion was claimed through system exploitation, error, or in breach of these Terms.
Seasonal promotions offered during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, or ICC tournaments carry the same general wagering requirements as standard bonuses unless a specific promotional document explicitly states otherwise for that campaign.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
8c77 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may lead to further legal action.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live dealer games, or coordinate bets to exploit bonus conditions.
- Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity. 8c77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the 8c77 platform for financial gain. Winnings generated through a software error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Registering multiple accounts in your own name, under a false identity, or using another person's identity documents to access the platform or claim promotions.
8c77 monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account restriction pending investigation. 8c77's determination of whether prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process in Section 10.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 8c77 platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 8c77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any 8c77 content without prior written consent from 8c77.
Game titles available on 8c77 are the intellectual property of their respective developers and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 8c77 operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content. All third-party trademarks and trade names remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8c77 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, 8c77 shall not be liable for the following:
- Any financial losses — including lost bets, lost winnings, or account balance reductions — resulting from normal gaming activity, whether or not you consider the outcome unfair.
- Service interruptions, platform downtime, or data loss arising from events beyond 8c77's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, server failures, or natural disasters.
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if 8c77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all cases, 8c77's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Responsible Gaming
8c77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. 10. Amendments, Disputes, and Governing Law
8c77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, 8c77 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
Any dispute arising from your use of 8c77 should first be submitted to 8c77 customer support in writing. 8c77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
